Publisher 2003 Page Setup menu not found

I am trying to print a number 10 envelope. Anything past
8.5 inches does not print. I tried to change the paper
size but cannot find Page Setup setup on the File menu.
Can someone explain what is happening here.

The File menu includes:
New
Open
Close
Import Word Document
Save
Save As
File Search
Convert to Web Pulication
Print Preview
Print
Send E-mail
Properties

Menu FILE > 12th item down PAGE SETUP!!!
The sizes and limitation there are an issue of your printer, not Publisher.
Publisher gets all that information from the printer driver.

There is a chevron you have to expand in the menu to get to page setup.
What is your printer model?

Are you entirely sure about that?
If you go to the bottom of the menu, is there anything looking like "\\//"?

Failing that, right-click the toolbar, click Customize, go to File, and drag
"Page Setup..." from the list into the menu.

Did you check the Printer and Paper tab on the Page Setup dialog box
as well as the Layout tab?

"j ringer" said that they were unable to access the Page Setup dialog, as
there was no Page Setup entry on their file menu. Hence they are currently
unable to access the Printer and Paper section of the Page Setup dialog
