PUBLISHER 2003 ********PROBLEM HELP********

Last night my ISP made some changes in the server and i cannot publish my
website,they told me that changed the method from Active to Passive ( or the
opposite ). When i am trying to get to the ftp through publisher i get the
error message:

"This error message is usually associated with an attempt to access an FTP
(File Transfer Protocol) web site through a fire wall/proxy server and the
proxy settings are not set correctly to gain access.
To avoid this error message, change the FTP proxy settings to allow access
to the site."

Any help???????????? i have follow the instruction of my ISP and changed the
settings in internet explorer,when i did it i had access to my FTP through
ftp://ftp.mydomain but not with PUBLISHER 2003
