Publisher 2003 Produced website crashes IE6

I took a blank template page from publisher, saved the html, and imported the
html into Frontpage 2003. I ran the browser compatability on this and it
came up with 71 errors in 1 page. This was the blank template page, but my
website produces the same errors.

I am still trying to figure out why website crashes IE6, and I do not
understand the following:
