PUBLISHER 2003 UPLOADING FILE TO VIRGIN WEBSPACE. ANY TIPS?

I have a 16 page publisher file that I wish to use as a website using my
available virgin webspace.

After using the webspace and FTP settings specified by virgin everything
seemed to have uploaded from publisher. When I go into IE8 I am told that I
have no authority to access the site!

What tool did you use to ftp upload your site with? Did you try uploading
again. You might consider downloading and installing the free FTP client
