Publisher and Binder

Is there any way to add a Publisher 2000 document to a Binder document? I
have a boolet that has a Publisher cover, a Word body, and an Excel appendix.
I am trying to put them all into one Binder document to make printing easy.

Adobe Acrobat can combine also... Read the help section on "Combining."

Microsoft Office Binder can print such items in a "binder document" fashion,
but Microsoft Office Binder does not support Publisher file format.
