Publisher Calendar font changes?

I am attempting to create a six month event calendar in Publisher, I start
with the Understated Calendar template. After completing the calendar
wizard, I start adding events to the appropriate dates, after I complete the
events in the first month, I switch to the second month and add the new
events. My problem is that when I go back to the first month, the font
changes for the first event revert back to the default font, this occurs even
after saving the document. Does anyone have any thoughts how I can prevent
this from happening? I am using Publisher 2000.

Open another instance of Publisher, you can have any number of Publisher open at one
time, in the new document insert 6 pages.
Copy and paste the calendar to the new document. It is the only way I know to keep
the wizard from changing custom settings.

Mary I followed your instructions, but I ended up having the same problem.
As I added events in following months, mainly via cut & paste, I eventually
started to have some events revert to the orginal font of Times New Roman 18.

I made a calendar of my own using the Understated template. I copied and pasted the
whole page with the cells colored and all sorts of entries in the cells. I changed
all the fonts on each week as well as each event. I did not encounter any changes
with this. Where the heck is Times New Roman 18 in the Understated template? Do one
month at a time.
