Publisher crashes

I designed and uploaded my webpage with publisher last MJuly. When I try to
open and edit the file web site .pub (992KB) the program crashes I have
sent report by no response

I do not have Norton I have AVG 7.1 Professional

When Publisher crashes I send an Error report but have not had any response
How should I get one

Has Office 2000 moved to a different location on your computer?
Double-click My Computer.
Right-click the drive from which you installed your previous version of Office.
Click Disconnect on the shortcut menu.
Run Office 2000 Setup.


When you click details, there is another link that says something like what this
error means.
Microsoft will not get in touch.
