Publisher custom page size and page setup options

I've been unable to find an Avery template for file folder lablels and Word
is just to obtuse with table setup and all to mess with, so I just decided to
make a Publisher doc to do it.

I'm using Publisher 2003. I set the page size in page setup to 4" x 6"
after choosing 'Custom' from the publication type list. The default is
coming up 2.75 x 4.533. I mention this because the 'Printing Options' button
below Publication type is grayed, like it should be. As soon as I change the
size to 4x6, the button changes to 'Overlap Settings' as if it were a banner
project. Earlier this morning it was giving me some other options in place
of overlaps (something about number of pages, iirc), but i can't make it do
that again :/

I also set the Printer paper to manual feed and user defined paper size.

Ultimatley, it won't print right. I'm wondering if my install is corrupted
and need to reinstall Publisher. Help?

This suggests that the paper sie in your printer settings (File > Page Setup
Printer and Paper) is set to 2.75 x 4.533 - Publisher wants to tile print
when you select 4 x 6, as the selected paper size is not large enough.

Set your paper size in your printer driver before you set your page size.
Your page size should be a full page once you have got the paper size
correctly set to 4 x 6.
