printing problems ... incorrect page size being selected

Hello, first post here...


I have created an envelope in publisher and in my Richom sp c811dn printer.
It is an invitation size 5.75 x 4.3875. The richoh page size is actually
5.75 x 4.88. After setting "page set up" to the 5.75 x 4.3875 and the
printer to the pre defined page size of 5.75 x 4.388 I select print preview.
The preview breaks the envelope into two pages and seems to be trying to tile
or be a multiple page document. it appears to be trying to put the print on
a larger paper than I defined. At times thru setting changes it appears on
one page but thepage size is different.

Also, when selecting page sizes we made one custom envelope called
"Invitation Ricoh" is their a way to go in to the selection of page sizes and
delete some of the other custom ones we made?

The only way to delete your custom page setup is one at a time.

Setup your custom print in your Ricoh. File, Print Setup, Printer properties,
Custom, I used your custom numbers.

Page setup, Advanced on the right, type your custom numbers. The page will be
correct on your screen although depending on your printer you may have to use
landscape. When you are ready to print, it should be correct without the tiling.

I missed something in that last explanation. We have extra enveloppes we created (somehow) in publishes blank page sizes and can find no way of deleting them (single or in bulk)

Still at a loss, when I create a page size of 5.8 X 4.38 in publisher and a custom page size in my ricoh driver of the same dimensions the paper options still show "Tiled" and my publication will not print correctly.

I set up an envelope in word and word choses the ricoh invitation envelope to set the page size and works correctly...

When you select a page setup in the blank page sizes there is a drop down that
will have the "delete option." You can only delete custom pages.
Did you setup your page in the Advanced area and then select your custom printer
setting?
