My organization has been struggling with this problem ever since 2003 came
out. We have multiple brands of computers which vary in age but all run XP.
We have the same problem no matter how old or new the monitor or video board
is. We have display problems even with resident graphics, such as lines or
boxes. We have loaded countless drivers and services packs and nothing
worked. After multiple attempts without success we did find one solution that
has been working great. We stopped using Publisher and starting using Quark
Express and Adobe Indesign. Since then, we have not had any problems with
graphics displaying. FYI- these program have a bigger learning curves and are
twice as expensive as Publisher but they work.
