Publisher doesn't allow to large size file save as

Hi,

I am using MS Publisher 2007 to make a banner. (10 by 20 feet)

I need to export it to tiff in order to give it to printer but Publisher
doesnt allow me to save as to tiff. It says file size is too big. I need it
in 300dpi but it doesnt allow me to save it even in 92 dpi. What should be
done? I would appreciate any suggestion.
