Publisher fails to open a particular file

When a try open a pub file - just this one in particular
all the others are ok -
I keep getting this error message " Publisher cannot open
file "

Can anyone, please, tell me whether the file is currupted
or something to do with security, as I am the
administrator.

It is possible that it is corrupt. Feel free to send me the file and I
will have a look. Also, which version of Publisher are you using?
