Pub 2002 will allow you to 'import' an html file into a web publication.
It will however convert it to the Publisher way of doing things.
Meaning you won't have access to code (is in FP) and you'll modify it by
moving objects.
I personally recommend against the use of both products due to their degree
of differences, such that the results are typically unsatisfactory.
