Publisher should pop-up page thumbnail on hover over Page Sorter

Currently, if you hover the mouse over a page icon in the Page Sorter in
Publisher, a tool-tip saying "Page x" pops up. It would be way cooler and
more useful if a thumbnail of the page popped up. This would allow quick
browsing through the content for the element you need to edit. It would also
make it easier to manually create a Table of Contents.

Although this is not currently available, you are able to rename the page
such that a description of the contents (or whatever else you want) pops up
in the ToolTip.
