PUBLISHER TEMPLATES ON MAC WOOD 2008

Karen

Using Word for Mac in office 2008 I CAN'T SEEM TO DELETE PAGES FROM THE TEMPLATES. I CAN DELETE WHAT IS ON THE PAGES, BUT NOT THE ACTUAL PAGES. IN THE PUBLISHING SECTION THE REMOVE BUTTON IS GRAYED OUT, AND IT ONLY LETS ME DELETE THE 1ST PAGE.

Please don't type in all caps--it's interpreted as YELLING on the web,
and thus rude--and is also very difficult to read.

Which template? On my machine, the Remove button works for any page.

See if Remove activates if you first View | Navigation Pane. You'll see
thumbnails of the pages on the left--perhaps selecting a thumbnail will
let you use the Remove button.

Thank you for your help. I did try your suggestion and sadly it did not work either. I ended up using another program due to a time limitation for the project. Thank you for your suggestion.

Hi Karen,

Which template were you using in Publishing Layout View and did you make any
changes to the template before you tried to delete a page from it?

Any information would be helpful to diagnose this problem and hopefully fix
it so you can use the new templates (and all supporting functionality) for
future projects.

Thanks,
Ritika
