Publisher Webpage - Hyperlinks to PowerPoint and Word Documents

I have created a web page using Publisher 2003 on our local server. When I
upload the web page to an offsite data bank all of my hyperlinks pointing to
PowerPoint presentation and Word Documents still point to our local server.
Is there an easy way to have the hyperlinks point to the my files on the
offsite data bank? --
