Publisher will not display shapes or lines

When I attempt to draw a shape or line, the end points appear but not the
line or border.

If this isn't the solution, your video driver needs updating.
Do this, slide the acceleration down on your adapter, control panel, display folder,
settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab...
If this solves your issue go to the manufacturer's web site of your graphics card and
look around for a driver.
