Publisher 2007, on a e-mail template at the bottom of the page, there is a
text box saying
"To remove your name from our mailing list, please click here.
Questions or comments? E-mail us at (e-mail address removed) or
call 555-555-5555"

I would love to know how and what to do to make the "To remove your name
from our mailing list, please "click here."" work. Can you please help me
with this one?
