publishing a background picture

I've been trying to publish a web site with a background picture, but the picture never uploads with the web page so when I try to view the page on the internet, the background is always missing. Office help says I need to publish the picture also, but how do I do that? (and where? on the same server as my website?) Anyone who can help please do. THAnks

First you must import the image into your current open FP web, then assign it as your background
image. The image must be in one of the following formats, GIF or JPG (RGB). Then when you publish
your site, the image will published along with the rest of your files.

you have to publish all files that have anything to do with the site....I assmume
the picture would be in a folder called "images". So, upload that folder to your
server, or whereever the image is that is being used.

The image is not part of (embedded in) the html file, it is linked to it.
