Publishing a Database

I have a question hopfully someone has an answer....

I have a Database that I built, it works great. What I would like to do is
publish this database on a website, and have it still sore information in the
table with multiple users.

Is this possible?

If someone could shed some light on this subject I would appriciate it.

If you use MS Frontpage and apply Frontpage extensions to the web server,
this is fairly easy.
