Publishing a info path form to outlook task

There is no out-of-the-box support for this, but you might be able to write
code that makes use of either Outlook automation or Exchange objects to
create a task based on data from an InfoPath form.

Can you use Sharepoint Designer to add a Task to a Task list?

Then use Outlook to connect to the task list for reference?
