Publishing a navigation button change without uploading whole site again

Hi,

I just made a Title change to one of the gif Navigation Buttons which
are part of FrontPage.

Rather than repulish the whole site I have just uploaded the files
which I thought were applicable to the change, namely the relative
files in -overlay, vti-cnf and -derived.

When I now look at the online site althought the title of the
Navigation Button has changed correctly, the font does not look Bold as
per the other Buttons which looks strange.

Anyone know which other Folder/File should also be uploaded to correct
this?

you should see an option to upload only those files that have changed ....
