We created a new instance of Project Server. We went through the entrie process and everything works, exept we are having trouble with publishing when logged into the new instance. It came up was when I tried to publish from the desktop app (we can save the projects but not publish). I received the following error in a pop-up box
Unexpected server response
Microsoft Project Server has returned an unexpected response
When I clicked the View... button, it opened a web page with the following error message
-----------------------------------
The server at 'http://project2k/prodws' returned the following error to Microsoft Project
The page cannot be displaye
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the page address is incorrect
Please try the following
* If you typed the page address in the Address bar, check that it is entered correctly
* Open the home page and then look for links to the information you want
HTTP 405 - Resource not allowe
Internet Information Service
-------------------------------------
We checked the permissions for STSReader and STSAdmin and they seem to be specified correctly. We checked the permissions for the ViewDrop folder and that seems to be correct as well.
We are scheduled to deploy this today. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you
