publishing from FrontPage

My college just put FrontPage on my computer. I'm using it primarily to
publish edited paged to my site. My Problem (elementary, I know): when I
click on the FrontPage link, the window comes up with two columns: one for
my local site and one for the remote site. I keep my site on my flash drive
(which is the F drive on my computer). HOW do I get that folder to come up
on my "local site" column so that I can upload to the remote site? I would
appreciate any assistance possible so that I can get started. (I even tried
looking at tutorials that I googled.)

There is no version of FrontPage that I am aware of that will open and
display *both* the local and remote sites when FrontPage is started. It
sounds as if your link to FrontPage is actually opening an FTP client, which
will display 2 columns - local on the left and remote on the right. Good
for FTPing the local folder to the website, but it is not FrontPage (and FTP
will corrupt the FPextensions if they are installed).

Think he may mean in FP 2003 the Remote Web Site view (show local & remote)
If so, File Open site and browse to the flash drive site, then switch to remote site view to see the server (remote) site files
