"421 Idle Time out (600 seconds) closing control connection." I have
attempted several times to publish my web site. Everything seems to be
running when suddenly the above message appears. It happens at different
areas of the blue progress bar. I have cable broadband so I'm not losing
connection. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
