Publishing InfoPath 2007 form

Hi,

I'm new to InfoPath (2007) and was wondering if there is a way to publish a
new MSI during our build process. I realise there is a Publishing Wizard,
but can this be invoked from a MsBuild script (i.e. shell to a command-line
utiility ...)??

Also, I have tried to invoke the Wizard to create a javascript installaer
(this is mentioned in numerous sites, and webcasts), but I don't get the
option to seletc .js as an output ... I get forced to create an MSI!!! Is
there something I need to install for this??
