publishing my site

Thanks for the insight on the slow loading site. My
problem now is that when i try to use the "export as a web
page" option and type my url (http://www.nampapaving.com)
it says that no such address exists?? I know the site
exists because I currently have a slow loading site from
publisher up there?? What do i have to do to get
publisher to reconize my URL?
