publishing partner's solutions

Visio 2003 introduced a new way of "publishing" partner's solutions so
that they appear in the "Choose Drawing Type window".

Processed by the "Solution Publishing Tool" my msi-file is finished
abnormally (with a mistake).

For the alternative decision of a problem, what structure of keys
I should write in the register ?
