I had been using FrontPage 98 and upgraded to 2002 when I
got a new computer, but I haven't been able to publish
changes to my site since the new computer was installed.
My internet service provider has tried everything they
can think of and that has corrected some of the problems.
Now I get a message that
says "550_borders/bottom.htm:Access is denied." What does
that mean?
