Publishing problem

I have a problem with a single user not being able to publish a project. I've
checked all of his permissions many times over, and he is both PM and owner
of the project. He can save the project onto the server, but no matter how
many times he tries to publish, PWA always gives the message "There is no
information to display in this view...". I even tried to publish this plan
myself, to no avail. Plus I've already deleted the plan and had him re-import
it and I still get the same problem. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

Try the following:

1) Collabrate -> Publish -> Republish Assignements

2) Check the option " Overwrite actuals entered by resources"
