Publishing problem

Pat N.

I made changes to my web site on my hard drive and
everything works fine, but I couldn't get it to publish
so I deleted everything from the server and tried again.
Now when I attempt to publish, it seems to be going OK --
I get the "connecting to server" msg., then the "listing
pages" msg., then "creating folders" msg. and then I can
see 3 or 4 files being transferred . . . at this point
it seems to get stuck, and after several min. I get the
msg. that "the server sent a response which Frontpage
could not parse -- check to make sure the Frontpage
server extensions are installed properly". The server
says everything is working fine and the extensions are
fixed, but the same thing still keeps happening. Help!!

Checked the links below and thought that one might be a
clue -- a firewall problem -- because I recently upgraded
to MSN Premium (MSN is my ISP). I contacted them and
they say that I don't even have a firewall, so that
couldn't possibly be the problem. My host (GISOL) says
it couldn't possibly be a server problem because a few of
the files do transfer OK. So that leaves me with a FP
problem and I don't even know what to look for because my
site looks good on my computer and everything works
fine. Any other suggestions?
