Publishing the form!

I know this is a stupid question, but once I am done the
questionnaire, do I just simply upload it to a web-site
and it should work? Or is there any special publishing
thingy I have to do in frontpage itself?

Please let me know! Thanks

Assuming you created your questionaire using Front Page
forms (you don't say), you would publish (File | Publish)
it to your web service provider and test it there. You
cannot text your form on your PC unless you are running
server software on your PC.

Your web service provider must enable Front Page
Extensions for your site and also enable email transport
(assuming you want to receive the results of your
questionaire).
