Is there a way to publish a calendar for more than the maximum choice of 90
days? I need to plan for more than a year ahead.

No, the default calendar is limited to 90 days. Secondary calendars can do
unlimited.

Does anyone know a reason why this limitation is set? In my opinion it is not
a logical limitation.
