If they were never published to the website in the first place, they don't
exist.
You should allow them to be published, then reset back to not publish on
both systems.

Seems to be working so far.
The only thing it wont get, of course, are the files that are tagged as
DontPublished. I can physically copy those.
Open Site is the same as Open Web, just that MS decided to rename
things
in FP2003.

I don't have a File>Open Web.
I will try File>Open Site...
File | Open Web. Input the URL.
