I had a lot of difficulty getting the website published
to "members.aol.com." It would not initially publish
directly from Front Page so I went into AOL's FTP and
planted a seed or two of small files. Now that it is
fully published I have two ongoing problems.
1. Whenever I make a change Front Page wants to update
EVERY file although I have selected CHANGES ONLY.
2. In this update Front Page is creating ANOTHER file
using the original directory name. Specifically, my
website is members.aol.com\sanjuan28forsale\index.html.
When it updates the website I end up with a whole new
creation in a file called
members.aol.com\sanjuan28forsale\sanjuan28forsale which
essentially duplicates everything. Weird!
3. Also, I am occasionally getting AOL error messages
saying that no such website exists although I can still
call it up.
I've been beating my head agaist a wall for days on this.
Your help is gratefully appreciated. What is going on?
Thanks.
