Publishing to web host

I have set up a domain with FP extensions installed at my ISP host site and
now want to publish a new site to this domain.

When setting up the remote web site properties in FP2003, using Vista, I
enter the domain into the relevant field and click "OK". Then I see an error
message stating that FP extensions are not set up so I am unable to proceed
further.

Any thoughts on what I need to do?

Has the domain account been set up for at least 24 hours and have the primary and secondary
DNS servers been designated?
