Publishing to web

I have followed all the instructions outlined on the Publisher Web Design
2003 page. I always get the message "cannot find the URL ..." I am using the
same company to host another web site for me. I can upload to that website
and make changes, etc, with no problem. I must be missing someting basic, but
I can't figure out what.
