publishing using email

When I publish assignment changes or additions using
outlook, the attachement has a mtm file extension. I have
never seen this extension before and the reources I send
these updates to cannot open them. Any suggestions are
appreciated.

Steve,

You need to have each resource run the Wgsetup.exe file that came on
your Project disc. The Project Workgroup feature uses it's own file
type (the .mtm extension), so each resource must have the software on
their system to read them.
