Publishing using FrontPage 2000

I am trying to publish my web. I follow through the
instructions - putting my website address in. It appears
to be working - it says at the bottom of the screen -
publishing C:/documents and settings/MyWeb4 to http://
www.(my website address) and the pictures of sheets fly
across to the folder box BUT the two computer icons
do not light up and in the Eurobell Status box there is
no activity - i.e. the send and received numbers do not
change. I assume this means nothing is actually
happening. The Username and Password Box coming back
(repeatedly) after I have entered the correct one (I have
double checked it). The people who host my site can get
into my website with the same username and password.
Can anyone tell me why it is not working?
