publishing - we80cnf not found

I am using FP2000 and have put together a web on my laptop. I am trying to
publish it to my website which supports FP. I immediately get the message
cannot open we80.cnf .

Ideas?

Sounds like the FP server extensions are corrupt. Contact your host to
repair or reinstall them.
