publishing webpage to FatCow

Hello - I have been trying to publish my webpage, created in Publisher 2007, to FatCow thru Publisher method (http upload to get forms to work correctly-My Network Places), and keep getting the error "Cannot find the URL: http:\\jimlovvorn.fatcow.com"
FatCow says it is a Publisher problem (yes, Front Page Extensions are enabled), but I am thinking not. Uploaded thru FTP to GoDaddy just fine, but they do not support FPSE - why I went to FatCow. FatCow support not real helpful yet - still working with them (hours now), but they are dragging their feet - can you help? ANY help would be appreciated -

that looks like a sub domain or sub web are you sure that's the url they
told you to publish to?
