Publishing with Office FrontPage2003

I am pretty new to all of this . I have a little knowledge of ho wto use
frontpage, and most is pretty self explanatory,
Here is my problem,
I have created the web page, named it appropriatly. saved and now am trying
to publish it.
The error message I get is that the web host does not require a secure login .
I can log into my host account thru IE, but not publish the pages themselves.

Yes it does .... I spoke with the tech support twice last night. First
we changed my pass word, I had to wait 30 minutes or more for that to
actually change on the site itself.
After about 2 hours I tried to publish the site again... and I got the same
message as before

forgot to add that the server techs instist that there is something wrong
with the way the settings are in frontpage or the way its installed.
