Publishing

I am having another person do some asp for me and he does not have a copy of
the website on his local machine. Will he have bring down the whole site or
can he just publish one page that he is going to need for the work.

He can use File, Export to save the one page to his PC or, if you have FTP
access to the site then he can FTP down the one file (or the whole site)
