I want to publish a newsletter and was asked to add page links (since the
newsletter will be published in Adobe) and I wanted to know if we can add
this to my newsletter

If you are using Adobe Acrobat to convert the file, you can add the
hyperlinks in with that program.

If you use the PDF export tool in Pub 2007, hyperlinks that you insert into
your document will survive the conversion.
