Pull remote site into FP

I used to know this stuff, but I have been out of the FP
arena for over a year and no longer have a copy on my
computer... BUT
a friend asked me a pretty simple Question that I simply
can't answer.
He has a new computer, FP 2000, and a web site that he has
to work on. The web site is a US Gov't site. They don't
allow "live" FTP access. He has to work on the site
locally, then have someone with "access" publish the
changes....
The question is: From a blank slate, he needs to "Pull"
the current web site to his local computer.
There's a way to do this... I USED to do it...
You set up how many levels down the wizard should scan,
and off it goes..
what does he need to do to run this? (I tried Searching,
but had no luck... )
If there IS a KB article, that'd be fine...
PS: replace the ! with @ in the email address above...

the best way would be to open the site live:
file/ open web- type in the http:// address of the site and then publish it
down to a location on his local computer.

Unless the user has login access, he will never get the complete contents of the web site using the
FP Import function, as the Import function can only retrieve the content that is normal viewable in
a browser. So he would loose any server-side scripts, FP Includes, Shared Borders, Themes, FP
Navigation structure, etc.

He either need to have FP access if the site is hosted on a server with the FP extensions or FTP
access. If the site was created with FP, but uploaded via FTP, then he will still have to rebuild
the navigation structure, re-apply themes, etc. if these items were used.

heh... it was written by people in the Dep't of Ag who
sell seeds to other goverments for a living... Trust me,
it's nothing more then static pages, linked together

Ok, the site was create with FP, so the user will need FP access to retrieve all the content as FP
includes are being used.
