Pulldown menu translations available ?

Hello
I am using MS Office 2003 in Japanese. As Japanese is not my monther
language (nor is English), I am looking for translations of the
pulldown menus from J->E (or German).
I think there was a similar file some years ago (for Office 2000??).
Can anyone help ?
