pulled down navigation bar

Lee

In my navigation bar across my web pages I need to add
more linked pages that relate to the top directory. I
would like to have the mouse over option be able to pull
down multiple links under one link on the navigation bar.
How could I do this? Thanks for any help.

You'll need to use JavaScript to do this one. I'm not sure if you'll be able
to do this with the standard navigation bar that FP automatically creates.
You may have to do this one on you're own. There are ton's of free scripts
to do this however. A lot of them are at:
http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/index.html. You might also try part of
the awesome JBots suite of add-ins, specificaly the menu-weaver add-in at:
http://www.websunlimited.com/order/Product/navigation/MenuWeaver.htm as the
add-in could make it a lot easier to create the menus.

Hope this helps,

If you have FP2003, try the procedure at:

Lee, I had a similar problem as you and it was impossible to solve it with FP 2003. In the end I downloaded Xara Webstyle 4 and then bought it (pretty cheap) and once I had mastered it with the help of the Xara Customer Support I have some pretty neet navigation bars with drop down menus that make my website look amazing. Have a look, FP has nothing on Xara, www.itra.net Microsoft still has a long way to go. I am trying to get their password thingy to work on a page I want to make password protected. FP just can't hack it, and I know I will have to get a third party program to make a password protected page eventually. If you know how to make it work please tell me, I love Front Page, but it does not like me.

Regards

Calpe
