Does anyone know where on this site I can find a "punch card" template? By
that I mean something to the effect of buy 10 get one free?

You ought to be able to easily draw one in MS-Paint, MS-Word, or MS-Excel.
You also will get better help in a newsgroup that's devoted one of those
programs. This one is devoted to MS-Access, the database product.
