Purchase Order Database

My company designs and supplies steel buildings. I am trying to convert all
of our spreadsheets into one database. To begin the process, I want to make
a Purchase Order and am not having much success. What I would like to know
is; Is there a purchase order template out there somewhere that would give me
a head start that i can change to meet my specific needs? Any guidance is
greatly appreciated.

You just posted this in another newsgroup less than an hour ago.

Please stick to one post. If you want to put a copy in another newsgroup,
you can enter multiple newsgroups when you post the thread. This will allow
users who view your message in any group to see all the responses.

It prevents people from spending time answering your question, only to find
that you already got an answer in another newsgroup and stopped watching.
