My wife is starting a cosmetics company, and needs an access
template to remind her when to contact customer to re-order item based on
item #. Many items are used more frequently than others. So it needs to be
based on item #'s. She needs fields first name, last name, address, city&
state, zip code, product code, purchase date, re-order date, phone #, cell #,
and email address. Thanks for all your help, any suggestions or templates
would be helpful, Thank You..
